Statutory Professional Title

The statutory professional titles Attorney at Law and Notary Public have respectively been bestowed within the Federal Republic of Germany.

 

Professional Liability Insurance:

Attorneys, Tax Consultants as well as Notaries are obliged to take out a professional liability insurance pursuant to statutory regulations. The professional liability insurance has been taken out with the Allianz-Versicherung-AG in 10900 Berlin.

The territorial scope of application of this insurance coverage is Europe-wide (geographic Europe) and meets at least the requirements of the Federal Lawyers Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung - BRAO), the Tax Consultancy Act (Steuerberatergesetz - StBerG) and the Federal Notaries Act (Bundesnotarordnung - BNotO).
